How can I add another company profile or edit an existing one?

Your online profile is your digital business card for the exhibition – onsite & online. That’s why your company and/or brand should be presented in a compelling way. Especially during the run-up to the exhibition, visitors are actively searching for relevant exhibitors and solutions.

In the SelfService tool, you can independently edit an existing company profile or add additional ones at any time. Based on your stand registration, we’ve already created a basic profile for you – and you can enhance it with strong content whenever you like.

Make the most of your company profile

Complete your profile as fully as possible:
 

  • Add your slogan and relevant keywords
  • Link your social media channels
  • Showcase your products and services
  • Upload company materials as PDFs for download
  • Add employees as direct contacts (Employees can be assigned as product experts)

Some content is language-dependent. We recommend entering it in both German and English – watch out for the corresponding labels in the tool.

Step-by-step guide to add an additional company profile

  1. On the start page, click the button "Company profiles".
  2. In the overview, you can:
    - add another company profile, or
    - edit an existing one.

  1. Click the plus icon or the empty tile to create a new company profile.
  2. Enter all relevant information – e.g. company name, description, contact details.
  3. Upload suitable images and files and more information.

Your company profile is divided into several sections that you can access via tabs:
Company description, Logo & Images, Downloads, Employees

Create and edit new company profile

If you want your new company profile to appear online, make sure to select it in the configuration of your online profile. Here's how:
 

  1. Select the exhibition for which you want to configure your online profile.
  2. Choose the company profile you want to show online.
  3. Review the selected product groups or select new ones. By default, we automatically use the product groups from your base profile.
  4. Click "Save" to apply all changes.

  1. On the start page, click the button "Company profiles".
  2. In the overview, you can:
    - add another company profile, or
    - edit an existing one.

  1. Click on the company profile you want to edit or use the "Edit profile" icon in the overview.
  2. Navigate through the different tabs – such as Company description, Logo & images, Downloads and Team – to update or complete the information.
  3. Click "Save" to apply your changes.
