Low energy consumption through flexible extraction

The sepas+ chip extraction system is available for capacity ranges starting at 9,000 m³/h and stands out for its high energy efficiency. Sepas+ allows the extraction performance to be flexibly adjusted to fluctuating machine utilization, making it particularly energy-efficient.

From a technical perspective, sepas+ is characterized by a single-pipe system with an activation concept for dust and chips specially developed by Scheuch. The activation air system makes it possible to fall below the minimum air velocity in the main extraction duct during periods of low utilization.
