Tools for composite materials and aluminium

Composites are common and durable materials with a heterogeneous structure (composed of two or more components with different properties) that are widely used in many industries. Composite materials consist of two elements: a matrix and reinforcement, i.e. filler. One of the most frequently used reinforcement components are strong fibers such as glass fiber "GF", carbon fiber "CF", aramid fiber "AF", giving the material a high resistance to compression / stretching. The most commonly used binders are synthetic resins based on polyesters, polyethers (epoxides), polyurethanes and silicone resins, which provide hardness, flexibility and consistency. Composite materials with fiberglass-GRP, carbon-CFK, composites matrix, textolite, bakelite, hpl, honeycomb are used in industries such as: energy, automotive, aviation, railways, yachting, construction (facade systems), sanitary and lighting. 

Aluminum - a chemical element used with the systematic name of "aluminum", used mainly in the form of alloys with other elements, which improves its functional properties. In this form, it is a universal construction material with a very versatile use. Among aluminum alloys, one can distinguish, among others, casting alloys and alloys used for plastic working. Some aluminum alloys can be hardened, after which their strength properties can be compared with steel. We distinguish many types of aluminum: A0, A1, A2, PA6, PA7, PA1, PA11, etc., which we process mechanically on CNC milling machines. It is used in the following industries: construction, machinery, automotive, aviation, railway, yacht, sanitary, HoReCa, manufacturers of windows and doors, profiles, and construction. 

Plastics are man-made materials from non-naturally occurring synthetic polymers or natural polymers (modified with appropriate additives). Colloquially, these types of materials are collectively called "plastic", which is a great simplification because there are large differences between different types of polymer materials. There are the following types of plastics: PE - polyethylene, PE-LD - low pressure polyethylene, PE-HD - high pressure polyethylene, PP - polystyrene, PS-E - expanded polystyrene (polystyrene), PW - polycarbonate, PVC (PVC) - polyvinyl chloride, PETF - polyesters, PA - polyamide, ABS, POM, PMMA, acrylic, etc. The advantages of plastics are the ease of processing and usually low weight, which translates into lower production costs. It is used in almost every industry: advertising, machinery, automotive, aviation, railway, yacht, sanitary, HoReCa, manufacturers of windows and sports equipment.
