Levels are kept well below the thresholds for fine dust in accordance with the latest version of the 1st Federal Emission Protection Act (2nd stage) with our fine dust filters this applies in particular to fuels of categories 6 and 7 (e.g. particle boards, MDF fibre boards, sawdust and other dust). ENDRESS guarantees a reliable solution for compliance of the 1st Federal Emission Protection Act.

In cooperation with the Institute for Air and Cryogenic Technology, ENDRESS develops fine dust filters, primarily for its own series of wood-fuel boilers. Wood firing and fine dust filters are therefore perfectly matched to the equipment at ENDRESS all from a single source.

Wood firing for any application

Not only can you fire your own waste wood, even with a high dust content, with wood-fuel boilers from ENDRESS but also chopped wood or pellets. Whether for joineries, saw mills, furniture industry or local authorities - our team manufactures all wood-fuel boilers to a high level of quality at the Burgbernheim plant. Our systems are suitable for any boiler room thanks to their clever design. They are also packed with user friendliness and convenience.

Underfeed combustion chamber
The combustion retort is a 15 mm thick steel construction with completely automatic ash removal and a standard ash container for convenient disposal. Self-supporting combustion chamber made from high-temperature ceramic cement. A 2-sided vented underfeed combustion chamber ensures efficient and clean combustion. Durable boiler housing with 10 mm wall thickness.

Grate bars
The grate bars of the underfeed retort are made from high-temperature-resistant cast stainless steel with a chrome content of 27%, guaranteeing a long service life.

Automatic ignition
In cooperation with a temperature-controlled ignition fan, a well-engineered ignition program makes heating up possible without degenerating the material.

Drives
Screw stoker and ash removal unit are driven by high quality geared motors made in Germany.
