Clamp carriers are intended for edge gluing and lamination of wooden stock whose joints are dried naturally. They require very little room and their modular design allows gradual expendability to meet the desired capacity. They are very simple to maintain and to operate. Wooden elements, on the edges of which the glue has already been applied, are stacked into clamps, organized in sections which are driven by an endless chain and may, therefore, be adjusted so as to from various sizes of cured stock.
Glue spreaders are designed for one sided or double sided glue application of surfaces and edges on flat work pieces. Spreading roller applies the glue from the bottom side. The spreader has a solid construction, so it allows later upgrade of a pressure roller, an upper spreading roller or an intallation of a conveyor. All components, chanell, roller, skimming rails and other parts are precisely made, enabling quality and precise application that uses less glue.
The press is designed for cold edge gluing of various elements into a boards, profiles and other laminated parts with cold drying.
Pressing is carried out by hydraulic cylinders. Pressing units can be moved to the left and right. The aligning units are driven manually from the working areas on each sided of the press prior to the loading of work pieces. Each aligning unit has 1 hydraulic cylinder. Running rails are extended on both sides of the press. The press has the option of later extension.
Operating is performed by manually operated hydraulic valves.
