The machine is manufactured in left and right versions. A sorting line with multiple boxes can be attached, depending on the customer’s specifications.
Additionally, various feeding devices, lift and roll devices and lift tables etc. for the allotment of boards onto the feeding system can be attached.
The standard software package includes:
I. ABSOLUTE OPTIMIZING WITH MINIMUM REST
The computer looks for the best possible combination with the minimal amount of resting time.
II. OPTIMIZING VALUE
The value per the length of elements (i.e. sales price) is added to the cutting patterns. The computer considers the combination of lengths that give the best final value.
III. OPTIMIZING WITH PRIORITY LENGTH
The computer always looks for the length with a priority in the cutting pattern. With this method of optimizing, the rests can be longer but it is the easiest way to carry out the order.
IV. CUTTING AT MARKS - CUTTING OUT THE FLAWS
Without optimizing – following the demand for cutting out flaws, we use this programme for cutting at the marked points. The circular cut-off saw will cut the board precisely at the places set, regardless of its length.
V. CUTTING TO FIXED LENGTHS
Boards are cut to set lengths regardless of flaws. For this work, we use the programme for cutting fixed lengths. The circular cut-off saw will cut the board at the required lengths according to the cutting pattern.
VI. CUTTING WITH A CHANGE OF QUALITY IN ONE BATTEN (UP TO 4 QUALITIES PER BATTEN)
This programme is especially useful for cutting hardwood (oak, beech, etc.).
Programmes I-III enable cutting in 4 quality classes (A, B, C, D) and for width classes (1, 2, 3, 4). Programmes I-III allows the cutting of remnants from quality wood that are shorter than the desired length for elements intended for lengthways joining.
