The DETRONIC MIX 2K-/3K- multi-component mixing and dosing unit was specifically designed by us to meet the increasingly higher demands on process control and -safety and to ensure a consistently high and constant mixing quality.

The unit based on the injection principle volumetrically monitors the material flows to be mixed in real time and controls the dosage independently in individually definable tolerance limits. The unit can be operated via touchscreen, and different user levels permit an individualized access of the unit's functions.

The DETRONIC MIX can mix up to three components, the smallest possible dosage is 1,0 %, also single-component materials can be processed by the unit. Moreover, it has an automatic pot life surveillance with banking function and is suitable for almost all liquid media like resins, coatings, solvents, release agents, water etc. The volumetric flow meters are individually selected for the purpose of processing.

Customized solutions
We also like to develop individual concepts for your specific application. We have already realized e.g. batch filling systems, units with several mixing sections or systems to control several mixing units with only one controller. Do not hesitate to contact us.

We also offer tests and live-demonstrations, either at your premises or on-site.

At the beginning of a plant concept is in general the objective to be achieved, which is mostly a coated product. We then produce a rough handling concept with the necessary and individual process steps according to your specific wishes and requirements and coordinate them, if necessary, with your paint supplier.

Then we need to determine which technical equipment you will require (e.g. conveyor technique, pre-treatment, drying system) in consideration of the concrete process data being generated in parallel (cycle times, temperatures etc.).

We subsequently create detailed layout drawings, representing the process flow as well as the spacial conditions.

Layout and/or technical modifications can be made at any time. In order to avoid any missunderstanding, and to respond quickly to major changes, we have close contact to you during the whole conception stage, of course also on-site, and also are in touch with other suppliers who develop, if necessary, different plant components to integrate promptly those technical specifications into our concept.

After the order has been placed we immediately start with the detailed implementation. Please note that we are your sole contact for all questions about your new paintshop until delivery and approval.

First we start with the coordination of our suppliers and procurement of all plant components according to the assembly schedule, which was created in coordination with you beforehand. All supplies on site are monitored by us and scheduled.

In parallel our technicians create all construction plans and calculations we require for the correct installation of your paintshop, so that a smooth assembly can be guaranteed.

On-site, our assembly teams are responsible for the professional installation/ assembly of the individual plant elements (e.g. support structure, enclosures etc.) and the infrastructure (e.g. pipes, air channels, electrical installation). Moreover, our assemblers take care of the correct positioning and integration of individual equipment components into the overall structure.

During the entire implementation process our technicians create the required plant documentation in accordance with the relevant guidelines, you will receive when installation is checked/ approved. Of course, our plant engineers personally accompany the trial operations and also train your plant staff.

Of course, our service does not end after commissioning: we will assist you with our long-standing experience at any time, for e.g. service works, modifications or technical questions.
