The tiltable and lockable guide fence for chamfers from 0 - 45° guarantees precise guidance and provides for neat and flush cutting of the projecting lippings without cutting too deep into the edge because not only the angle of chamfer but also the thickness of chamfer can be steadily adjusted.

The high-quality HSS blade (3 mm thick, 18% tungsten) has two cutting edges whereby forward as well as backward work is possible.The blade can be resharpened and is adjustable for better utilization.

The pleasant and handy knob made of horbeam facilitates precise guidance during operation.

Door Case Mounting

RTEX - A bracing or spreading tool for door case mounting or similar mounting jobs

Door case braces PORTEX give valuable help when fitting door cases, holding them reliably in position and enabling infinite adjustment of contact pressure. These braces are equal suited for gluefitting as for foaming in with polyurethane, they simplify fast and exact alignment and absorb the forces arising during swelling and curing. They consist of a tubular steel claw with the threaded bar within. A rapid adjusting device allows easy adaptation to bracing widths from 570 to 960 mm.

Stair-case Assembly System
