Easywin has been thought and developed with specific technologies and solutions meant for the processing of windows and of wood components for the building industry, for both handicraft and industrial production.

Ideal as flexible work island with compact design and dimensions, to produce in an easy and intuitive way, for both batch production and customized parts manufacturing.

Easy to integrate in the production process and in support of other machineries.

With Easywin it is possible to work in total production autonomy and with extreme easiness for the operator. Easywin does not require specific skills and works in maximum efficiency.

The machine is equipped with 3 axes CNC controlled and with an advanced and specific software, intuitive programs, a touch-screen control panel, which enable the operator to work in an easy, smart and efficient way.

The operator loads the pieces into the machine following the instructions of the software and takes the finished piece out.

Easywin has been designed to be easily customized, modified and adapted to specific and special applications, implemented and sized according to the customer's production needs.

A8 Range: pneumatic glue feeders in steel, 8 Kg. capacity for the internal canister, with one, two or three glue guns.

A5/A12/A20 Range: pneumatic glue feeders in stainless steel, 5/12/20 Kg. capacity for the internal canister, with one, two or three glue guns.

The PIZZI glue feeders are easy to use and to clean, and fit out with a wide range of standard nozzles. All nozzles are interchangeable to each of the two standard glue guns. Moreover special nozzles on customer's sample can be shaped on request.

Glue-spreading machines with fixed heads for PVA glues. They need no electrical connection as they work pneumatically only. With two or four heads and equipment for nozzles cleaning. Ideal for professional, handicraft and industrial applications, to glue special profiles and joints such as dowels, dovetail joints and kitchen cabinet doors.

Glue-spreading machines with moving slide for windows and doors for PVA glues. They need no electrical connection as they work pneumatically only. With two, three or four heads and equipment for nozzles cleaning. Designed specifically for the window and door industry, to glue tenons and joints from 3 to 10 cm. deep.

The PIZZI glue-spreading machines fit out with a wide range of standard nozzles. Moreover custom made nozzles and machines can be produced on request.

Hand-held glue spreaders, widths 72/120/150/180 mm.

With rubber, sponge or PUR-rollers. Rubber rollers can be used for most surfaces, they are stronger (so lasting longer), easier to be washed, also suitable for urea glue and solvent based adhesives. Sponge rollers are right for surfaces sucking more glue, i.e. softwoods and similar and for uneven surfaces, for instance 5 parts cabinet doors. PUR roller are made of polyethylene and are specific to apply PUR adhesives. They are disposable and must be replaced after use/at the end of the day.

Main advantage of the PIZZI hand-held glue spreaders: the lever to regulate the quantity of glue has a high ergonomic position, enabling the handle to be practical and easy to use, above all for those people who need to use this tool for many hours per day.

0165/0265 - pneumatic equipments for metered delivery of glue, with A12 tank in stainless steel, with one or two pneumatic guns. This is a unique solution to apply always the same amount of glue. Ideal for dowels, holes, slots (chairs), tenons and mortises for windows and doors. For small batches and mass production, where accurate and constant glue dosing is requested.
