The modular principle of the electronically-controlled BMA-DLS-CNC type drilling and assembly machine enables the machine to be tailored exactly to the requirements in any given case. The side panels can be run into the machine individually or in pairs. Positioning in front of the machine is either done manually, by automatic feed or directly from a parts storage area.
Parts are processed at one or several stations depending on the quantity structure and fixed output. The side panels are measured and the average tolerances in the workpieces worked out as standard features of the machines, thus wasting no time in the alignment phase.
Other processing options include all edge holes, horizontal drillings, grooving and milling work in any contours and glue application. The fittings, such as mounting plates, cupboard suspension devices, joining fittings, roller drawer guide mechanisms, flap holders, etc., can be assembled automatically. Feeding is via magazines or vibration hoppers.
