Effective extraction in a compact design - the right choice for small rooms and workshops. The COLOURMAX is also available mounted on casters. This new feature enables you to set the COLOURMAX up wherever you need it.

The paint-fog extraction wall SUPERMAX is a complete extraction wall for an interesting price. It enables the installation of fire-resistive VHC-cartridge filters (very high capacity) with a depth of 65 mm. To enlarge the life a cartridge filter with 80 mm could be used. With a coverage surface of 2.2 x 1.83 m this paint-fog extraction wall is suitable to collect the paint-fog extensively, because of its high efficiency.
Water basins with bar grates and a ramp could be lain in front of the SUPERMAX. Therefore it is possible to achieve professional and clean conditions in the spraying area.

The Schuko paint-fog extraction systems form the basis of an economic and well functioning ventilation of all areas where solvents containing materials are used. A powerful fan collects the overspray and fumes and leads them through a two-staged separation system. By adjusting the gear ratio of the V-belt driven fan, it is possible to increase the extraction capacity and thus adapt it to any given requirements.

As soon as the overspray hits the water-rinsed deflector plate, even the smallest particles are immediately absorbed by the water film and led to the separation system.
The solid particles are then separated from the circulating waterby means of a paint-sludge separator, the cleaned water is returned into the water system of the extraction wall. A powerful fan extracts the cleansed air and leads it outdoors. Thanks to the cleaned air, your surface finish results will satisfy your clients.
