FAMAG-Tools – A success story since 1865
A blacksmith by the name Friedrich August Mühlhoff founded his company for drilling tools in October 1865 in Remscheid in the heart of the county "Bergisches Land", Germany. The company, which is trading under the name FAMAG today, can now look back on more than 135 years of expertise and tradition in the production of drilling and cutting tools.
FAMAG initially started with the production of Ring-, Twist- and Spoon Auger Bits for carpenters and coach-builders. Many new products like machine bits for woodworking and drills for metal, stone, masonry, soil augers and various other tools have been taken on since.
