From cutters with exchangeable, diamond-tipped cutting edges to high-end cutters for a zero joint look
LEUCO will present the jointing cutter “SmartJointer plus,” with diamond-tipped cutting edges in an aluminum body in Nuremberg for the first time. A new feature for the “plus” version is that users themselves can exchange cutting edges. In the previous “Smartjointer,” cutting edges were exchanged exclusively by the LEUCO sharpening service. The “plus” design with 35° shear angle can be used in a variety of materials on Brandt and SCM edge banding machines. As an additional “plus,” when LEUCO customers place a new order for this cutter head with advanced manufacturing tolerances, they will receive a brazed cutter head for outstanding joining qualities.
Anyone who wants to achieve a perfectly homogeneous and highly sophisticated zero joint look needs to joint edges with a highly-precise, razor-sharp comprehensive tool solution, ensuring they are free from microfine chips.
New from LEUCO at Holz-Handwerk: LEUCO will be presenting more than just individual diamond-tipped precision jointing cutters with 43° and 70° shear angles for highly precise applications in various plate materials. LEUCO will be presenting cutting solutions, including highly-precise hydro- and hollow shank taper tool holders that guarantee stable concentricity, making them indispensable for the highest quality demands. LEUCO sees working with customers to find the best, most economic solution as its core mission.
Experienced LEUCO application engineers think in a comprehensive way, including the machine environment and materials when developing an efficient tool solution. They will be on hand in Nuremberg for a consultation.
