ORE 150 eccentric sander available in two variants
FLEX Elektrowerkzeuge has added the high-performance 350 W ORE 150 eccentric sanders to its surface sanding product range. These models are optionally available as two-stroke variants for fine or coarse sanding to produce a high surface quality.
The ORE 150 can be used on surfaces, contours and radii, as well as for overhead work. The ORE 150-3 version with a 3mm stroke is the new eccentric sander designed for fine surface sanding with limited material removal. The ORE 150-5 type with a 5 mm stroke is intended for sanding jobs that involve more material being removed. On both sanders, the controllable speed facility enables users to set the right sanding speed to suit the particular material. This delivers optimum surface sanding on paints, varnishes, wood and metal.
Ergonomical, low-vibration and robust
The user-friendly ergonomics of the ORE 150 assists fatigue-free working, combined with non-slip guidance in both one-handed and two-handed operation. Special balancing and optimised bearing guidance makes operation of the new eccentric sander particularly low-vibration. The sanders' Velcro sanding plates hold abrasive pads 150 mm in diameter. One of their standard features is an integrated multi-hole suction extractor that can be perfectly combined with the new 15-hole Velcro sanding disks from FLEX. The sanders have effective built-in suction extraction by means of a filter cartridge with a washable micro-filter element with cyclone separation. Use of a suitable dust extractor is recommended for extracting larger volumes of dust or during longer periods of sanding work. There is an integrated connection for this in the sander.
Both versions of the ORE 150 have diecast bearing covers as well as dust-tight ball bearings, making them particularly robust and durable.
