COBUS Nesting is a must for efficient individual furniture manufacturing. COBUS NCAD programs are mainly generated automatically. All detail information such as angle of grain, unit interval angle and processing definitions are taken into account on the respective machine type.
By default COBUS Nesting offers various routing strategies: approach and departure movements, integrated tool-path optimisation and upwards rip-out from the smallest to the biggest part, in order to solve the vacuum problem. Keeping the vacuum is achieved by producing identical nesting arrangements. Thus, the number of sacrificial plates on the grid table is reduced.
To be able to handle individual parts, unique production papers are created. The machine operator, for example, gets a drawing of the nesting result. The barcode stickers are created in respect of the extraction of parts.
