This machine cycles the workpiece linearly through the processing station. The arrangement of the assemblies is similar to that of the proven concept of the BAT-III-CNC. Similar to this machine type, random processing of almost all front/door parts is possible.
In its basic version, this machine is manually controlled. Although designed for one operator, the new insertion concept helps achieve both character and efficiency of a two-station machine. In this manner, maximum ergonomics is achieved for the operator with a small space requirement. The fittings are supplied from the operating side via magazines or vibration hoppers in close vicinity to the operator.
To increase the output and achieve continuous processing, the assemblies can be linearly subdivided into several stations. The degree of automation of the machine line can be notably increased and the machine utilised more efficiently by the addition of automatic supply and removal systems. Solutions as a production cell or as a throughfeed station are possible.
