Window manufacturing has never been easier! Control system downloads working data from the office; operator prepares timbers for processing and then everything else is already created. It doesn’t matter for original SOUKUP solution if components are standard straight or slanted jointed by mortised tenons or by dowels.
The working center is divided into two parts offers high performance and flexibility. As soon as the couple of components are tenoned and all holes are finished, a tandem of profiling units takes over for next operation and tenoning section can load new timbers for the next cycle.
Tenoning machine works with a couple of pieces clamped in moving carriages at the same time. Timbers are loaded by an automatic arm from conveyors. Long or complicated pieces are hold by three carriages and the very short only by one clamp.
Component is identified by using a label scanner or data are entered by the operator. Measuring device checks the real length of pieces before machining.
The main working unit is 16 kW complete with liquid cooling working always with two tools on one arbor for effective milling of two different timber ends. Working aggregates for side drilling or for doorlock case milling are controlled by C-axis. System of suction hoods and covers is controlled for higher efficiency.

In 2011, we launched a new generation of the window production line DEXTER. The latest CNC router UNIX presented at LIGNA 2013 is intended for one-stop-shop businesses for flexible window and door manufacturing.

We do not want our customers to simply be able to use the machines; more importantly, we want them to feel naturally involved as part of the overall process.
