The BMI panel saw has made it possible to cut panels safe and easy in better working positions. Universal, precise and simple are the keywords for the BMI panel saw, in addition the saw fullfills many other demands about flexibility, safety and price that makes it the perfect saw for professionals.
The BMI Panel saw is made of a special aluminium profile to secure maximum stability while keeping weight to a minimum.
The slide on 8 ball-bearings is force-controlled and delicately adjusted in its angle by means of a steel wire system.
On the slide is mounted a repeat ruler device that measures from the upper edge of the board. Thereby the cut item is on top and subsequent cutting is done with exact same measurements without readjustments.
A laser cut stainless steel turn plate, equipped with 10 ball-bearings is mounted on the slide. It turns 90 degrees with fixed stops. It is adjusted to the Festo dive saw TS 75 EBQ. Depends on type of blade the panel saw can cut most materials (fabrics) with precision and perfect quality.
As an extra point the slide is equipped with a spring snatch as counterbalance for smooth vertical cutting.
The saws can connect to vacuum cleaners (see accessories here: http://www.bmi-pladesav.dk/html/tilbehoreng.html).

Flexibility and safety A very slick function is the easy tip from vertical to horizontal position.
The vertical position is particulary suitable for length cutting of material up to app. 100 cm. width. There is no pressure on the blade and the cut off material is easy to get to. The position also makes the panel saw a potential extra mounting table.
In a horizontal position The tip function of the BMI panle saw puts an end to bad working positions. Furthermore the risk of injury from the saw itself is minimized due to the fact that one does not hold the board, but the saw.
Space-saving The BMI panel saw comes in 5 sizes and can cut boards of up to 210 cm width and 305 cm length.
The BMI panel saw is perfect where space is limited; the saw only requires app. 50cm more than its own lenght in extra space and in debth between 60 - 80 cm from the wall. The weight is between 80 - 95 kg.
When not in use the BMI panel saw can easily fold up and be moved around the workshop or construction site by only two men.

Danish design, production and innovation “Unique quality, precision and innovative solutions, which match the demands from top modern production facilities”. This has been the mission statement for Dan-List, since we started to design and manufacture the complex dowel boring machines back in 80’ies. Through many years of hard working experience we have built up an invaluable expertise from which we can offer our customers practical solutions to difficult tasks. Our knowledge continues to expand with the creation of each new innovative solution. This creates even more value for our customers within the wood work industry – not only in Europe but in the whole world.
Depending on the task, we start the design of the machine, based on our standard module for a dowel boring machine. We then modify this basic design to suit the customer’s needs 100%. This may include further operations, for example cutting the work-piece to the exact length, various routing operations for hinges, adding gluing stations, and various stages of automation into the production process. All components used are made in Denmark in our own factories. The dowel boring machines can be delivered with manual, semi- or fully automatic control systems and all are CE certified. Our main factory is based in Randers. Close to this location we have an additional facility in Langaa with its own production line. Our professional engineers have their main competence in specially developed machines and software programming. Additionally they have the expertise to produce turnkey solutions of extremely high quality, with a superb finish. Most of our engineers have been working with us for more than 10 years and are proud of every single machine which leaves our factory.
More than 100 years of history. Dan-List A/S was founded by Anders Nielsen Christensen more than 100 years ago on the island of Mors back in 1911. The first mitring machine in the world was produced on this island. Later it has become recognized as the best mitring machine in the world. The Morso F is also known for its durability and extremely long life – many of the machines made more than 50 years ago are still in operation today. Since 1911 more than 80.000 Morso machines have been produced and are still being made. Today Dan-List A/S is still family owned – controlled by the fourth generation.
