No Dust - No Compressor - No Electricity The MORSØ-NF is a foot-operated notch cutting machine for cutting window bars, Georgian style windows, mullions, and cabinet front frames requiring haunch joints.
MORSØ-NF leaves the cut surface of the wood perfectly smooth and accurate, requiring no further preparation before joining. The horizontal movement of the knife block is stepwise adjustable.
To compare MORSØ-NF with a moulding machine the following points must be considered:
a cleaner and more constantly accurate cut will be produced with MORSØ-NF
the MORSØ-NF produces no dust and therefore requires no extraction.
the MORSØ-NF requires less than 15 minutes to change the cutting blades, to the set-up, and to the positioning of the stops.
as the blades wear, the 45° angle remains unchanged, ensuring consistently accurate joints.
The MORSØ-NF cuts plastic, all kinds of wood including MDF.
MORSØ-NF is delivered with safety guard, waste chute, 6 sliding longitudinal stops, fences on both the right and left side of the machine, 1 nose knife (size per request), 1 pair of side knives.
The fences, left and right, with the adjustable stops ensure correct work. The special lever system of the machine ensures a very easy operation. Twin return springs automatically bring the knives back to starting position.
The MORSØ NF is available as a DOUBLE HEADED VERSION - The Morso ND.

Danish design, production and innovation “Unique quality, precision and innovative solutions, which match the demands from top modern production facilities”. This has been the mission statement for Dan-List, since we started to design and manufacture the complex dowel boring machines back in 80’ies. Through many years of hard working experience we have built up an invaluable expertise from which we can offer our customers practical solutions to difficult tasks. Our knowledge continues to expand with the creation of each new innovative solution. This creates even more value for our customers within the wood work industry – not only in Europe but in the whole world.
Depending on the task, we start the design of the machine, based on our standard module for a dowel boring machine. We then modify this basic design to suit the customer’s needs 100%. This may include further operations, for example cutting the work-piece to the exact length, various routing operations for hinges, adding gluing stations, and various stages of automation into the production process. All components used are made in Denmark in our own factories. The dowel boring machines can be delivered with manual, semi- or fully automatic control systems and all are CE certified. Our main factory is based in Randers. Close to this location we have an additional facility in Langaa with its own production line. Our professional engineers have their main competence in specially developed machines and software programming. Additionally they have the expertise to produce turnkey solutions of extremely high quality, with a superb finish. Most of our engineers have been working with us for more than 10 years and are proud of every single machine which leaves our factory.
More than 100 years of history. Dan-List A/S was founded by Anders Nielsen Christensen more than 100 years ago on the island of Mors back in 1911. The first mitring machine in the world was produced on this island. Later it has become recognized as the best mitring machine in the world. The Morso F is also known for its durability and extremely long life – many of the machines made more than 50 years ago are still in operation today. Since 1911 more than 80.000 Morso machines have been produced and are still being made. Today Dan-List A/S is still family owned – controlled by the fourth generation.
